Kelsey Hathaway is a licensed North Carolina attorney with more than 16 years of experience at the intersection of law, business strategy, and client advisory. At The C-Suite Edge, she serves as In-House Counsel, ensuring that our clients receive not only executive-level strategic guidance but also the legal clarity to execute with confidence.
Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Elon University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Her professional background spans commercial real estate transactional law, title insurance underwriting, compliance, and strategic business development. Kelsey brings a practitioner's precision to every engagement. Her courtroom foundation, combined with nearly two decades of complex transactional work and relationship-driven business development, gives her a unique ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance for executive teams and business owners.
